What does the free business assessment involve?
A no-obligation conversation about where your business stands across the three areas of responsibility — getting work, doing work, and getting paid and keeping score. We look at what your numbers currently tell you and how quickly they reach you. You leave with a straight answer about whether we can help and what it would cost. There is no charge and no commitment.
Where is Business Corporate Support located and who do you serve?
We are a South Florida firm serving small and mid-sized businesses across Miami-Dade and Broward counties. We handle inquiries by email, video conference or at your own location, and office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern. Email us and we will come back to you within one business day.
What size company do you typically work with?
Our core clients are owner-operated small and mid-sized businesses, most commonly in the $3 million to $5 million annual revenue range. That said, we work with companies both earlier and later than that — from new U.S. market entrants to established firms preparing for sale.
How do you price your work?
Every engagement is scoped and quoted in writing before any work begins, so you know the cost in advance. Depending on the work, we quote a fixed fee for a defined project or an hourly rate for ongoing advisory, and our fees sit at or below documented U.S. market benchmarks for each service. The initial business assessment is free.
Do you work in Spanish and Portuguese?
Yes. The firm operates fluently in English, Spanish and Portuguese, and we deliberately hire multilingual professionals. Meetings, reporting and documentation can be delivered in the language you and your team actually work in.
Can you build software, or do you only advise on it?
We build it. Since 2026 the firm has two technology practices in house — custom application development and AI-powered data analysis. When a consulting engagement identifies a process that should be automated or a decision that needs a real dashboard behind it, the same firm designs, builds, deploys and maintains it. Nothing is subcontracted to a vendor who has never met your business.
Do you replace our bookkeeper or accountant?
Either way works. We can train and supervise your in-house bookkeeper so the accounting system produces accurate, timely gauges, or we can take on the financial operations directly. Most clients start with the first and move to whichever arrangement gives them cleaner numbers faster.
