Sound familiar?

You didn't start a business to run a back office.

Most owners we meet are working harder than they were three years ago and keeping less of it. The problem is almost never effort. It is that nobody is keeping score in a way that lets you make a decision today.

We can help. Starting with a straight answer.

  • Buried in the administrivia of running the business
  • Not getting straight answers from your advisors
  • Working more hours and making less money
  • Paying more tax than you should be
  • Books that arrive too late to act on
  • No clear view of where the business is going

The method

Three areas of responsibility. Every company has them.

It is the framework we have used with owners since 2014. Before we recommend anything, we find out which of the three is carrying the weight and which one is cracking.

Area 01

Get Work

Sales and marketing. Marketing in its purest form is knowledge — market share, segments, customer base, competition. New initiatives get proper due diligence before a dollar is spent.

Think of a sports team: the coach is marketing, the players are sales. You need both to win.

Area 02

Do Work

Delivery, and where profit is actually made or lost. We review productivity against planned time, material accountability, pricing against the market, and whether your bids are landing too low or too high.

You may have a great team, but without a place to play it will not matter.

Area 03

Get Paid & Keep Score

The back office. We set up or adapt the accounting system so it produces the gauges you need to run the company — accurate, appropriate and in real time — then set profitability and growth targets against them.

If nobody is keeping score, how do you know who won?

What we do

Four service lines, one accountable firm.

Advisory that ends in a recommendation is only half a job. We diagnose the business, then build and run what the diagnosis calls for — without handing your work to a third party.

Service 01

Management & Financial Consulting

Short- and long-term engagements to improve profitability, tighten internal processes, and put a real management structure in place. We help you build a hierarchy that delegates properly, so leadership can work on strategy instead of daily minutiae. Senior advisors review the numbers with you on site every month.

  • Profitability analysis
  • Process optimization
  • Organizational restructuring
  • Financial reporting systems
  • Bookkeeper training
  • Sales & marketing strategy
  • Exit & due diligence prep

Starts with a business assessment across the three areas, at no charge.

Service 02

Tax Preparation & Advisory

We prepare returns for businesses and their owners, and we do it as an active advisor rather than a once-a-year filer. That means being in your affairs through the year, flagging decisions before they become tax events, and making sure no deduction or credit is left on the table.

  • Business returns
  • Owner returns
  • Year-round tax planning
  • Entity structure review
  • Deduction & credit review
  • Compliance calendar

Starts with a review of your last two filed returns and your current entity structure.

Service 03

Custom Software DevelopmentNew in 2026

Web and mobile applications, workflow automation, dashboards, and integrations between the systems you already run — accounting, sales, inventory, CRM. Because we already understand your processes from the consulting side, the application gets built around how your business actually works rather than around someone else's template.

  • Web & mobile apps
  • Process automation
  • Operational dashboards
  • System integrations
  • Cloud deployment
  • Maintenance & support

Starts with a walkthrough of the process you want to fix, then a written scope before any code.

Service 04

AI-Powered Data AnalysisNew in 2026

Most small and mid-sized companies cannot justify a full-time data team, which is exactly why the capability stays out of reach. We start with a data-readiness assessment and finish with deployed, working tools and trained staff — not a slide deck.

  • BI dashboards & reporting
  • Sales, cash-flow & inventory forecasting
  • Applied machine learning
  • Intelligent document processing
  • AI agents for back-office work
  • Staff training

Starts with a data-readiness assessment — what you already collect, and what it could tell you.

Why BCS

Big-firm know-how, sized and priced for your business.

Business Corporate Support was founded by professionals out of international consulting firms. You get that experience without the layers, the delays, or the exorbitant bill that comes with them.

  • 01 Three languages, one team

English, Spanish and Portuguese — spoken by the people actually doing your work, not by a translator on a call. In a market where 68.8% of Miami-Dade residents are Hispanic or Latino, that is not a nicety.

  • 02 Decisions in days, not quarters

We are deliberately small and flat. Fewer layers of management means faster decisions and the flexibility to change course with your market — the same reason we could stand up two new practice lines in 2026.

  • 03 Built for companies your size

We work with owner-operated businesses, typically in the $3M–$5M revenue range, that have real complexity but modest resources aimed at business development. Everything is scoped to that reality.

  • 04 We build what we recommend

When an engagement points to software or analytics, we write it ourselves. One provider, one accountability, no handoff to a vendor who has never met your business.

  • 05 Scoped before we start

Every engagement is quoted in writing before work begins, and our fees sit at or below documented U.S. benchmarks for each service. No open-ended meters, no bill you did not see coming.

  • 06 On site, every month

Monthly on-site reviews by a senior advisor keep the plan honest. We are in the business, not adjacent to it.

Who we work with

If you recognize yourself here, we have probably seen it before.

  • Owners under financial pressure

Struggling to meet short- or long-term obligations, or unable to finance the expansion in front of you.

  • Companies that need restructuring

The org chart grew by accident. Processes need to be redesigned before headcount is added.

  • Businesses going digital

You want custom applications, automation and AI analytics, and you have no in-house team to build them.

  • New entrants to the U.S. market

Establishing a brand and an operating footing in the United States, often from abroad.

  • Mid-sized firms ready to scale

Established, profitable, and about to outgrow the systems that got you here.

  • Owners preparing to sell

Full due diligence on your own business, evaluated through the eyes of the buyer who will be reading it.

Experience

The experience behind the work.

Leadership

Engineering discipline, applied to business

The firm was founded in 2014 and is led by a systems engineer specialised in administration and management, with more than two decades running companies on both sides of the Americas — from telecommunications engineering to general management and import/export operations. That background is why our advisory work tends to end in a working system rather than a recommendation.

Senior consulting

Thirty years of large-firm practice

Senior engagements are led by a consultant with more than 30 years in consulting and project management, including years spent at Andersen Consulting, MCM Consulting, Audit Consultores Ltda., Scientech Infocom and International Services Inc. That experience sets the work schedules, supervises the consulting team, and is in the room on your engagement.

The team today

Four professionals, three languages

The firm operates with a chief executive, two full-time junior consultants and a contracted senior consultant, working in English, Spanish and Portuguese. In 2026 it expanded beyond consulting and tax into custom software development and AI-powered data analysis, and is hiring against that plan.

Common questions

Before you call

What does the free business assessment involve?

A no-obligation conversation about where your business stands across the three areas of responsibility — getting work, doing work, and getting paid and keeping score. We look at what your numbers currently tell you and how quickly they reach you. You leave with a straight answer about whether we can help and what it would cost. There is no charge and no commitment.

Where is Business Corporate Support located and who do you serve?

We are a South Florida firm serving small and mid-sized businesses across Miami-Dade and Broward counties. We handle inquiries by email, video conference or at your own location, and office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern. Email us and we will come back to you within one business day.

What size company do you typically work with?

Our core clients are owner-operated small and mid-sized businesses, most commonly in the $3 million to $5 million annual revenue range. That said, we work with companies both earlier and later than that — from new U.S. market entrants to established firms preparing for sale.

How do you price your work?

Every engagement is scoped and quoted in writing before any work begins, so you know the cost in advance. Depending on the work, we quote a fixed fee for a defined project or an hourly rate for ongoing advisory, and our fees sit at or below documented U.S. market benchmarks for each service. The initial business assessment is free.

Do you work in Spanish and Portuguese?

Yes. The firm operates fluently in English, Spanish and Portuguese, and we deliberately hire multilingual professionals. Meetings, reporting and documentation can be delivered in the language you and your team actually work in.

Can you build software, or do you only advise on it?

We build it. Since 2026 the firm has two technology practices in house — custom application development and AI-powered data analysis. When a consulting engagement identifies a process that should be automated or a decision that needs a real dashboard behind it, the same firm designs, builds, deploys and maintains it. Nothing is subcontracted to a vendor who has never met your business.

Do you replace our bookkeeper or accountant?

Either way works. We can train and supervise your in-house bookkeeper so the accounting system produces accurate, timely gauges, or we can take on the financial operations directly. Most clients start with the first and move to whichever arrangement gives them cleaner numbers faster.

Next step

Let's talk about your business.

One conversation, no charge, no commitment. If we are not the right firm for what you need, we will tell you that too. We reply within one business day.
